Nauli kriya is a shat kriya—one of the six cleansing actions of hatha yoga. During this practice, the abdominal organs are massaged by the sequential contraction of the abdominal muscles from side to side. Demonstrated in detail by Sandra Anderson, this is an excellent practice for the pranic body.
