Strength-Building Mandala Flow

Strengthen the lower body, upper body, and core as you move around your mat. We'll repeat this mandala sequence several times, starting out slow and then getting quicker! You'll work hard, so enjoy the challenge!

Kat Heagberg is the editor of Yoga International. She's been teaching yoga since 2005 and has completed the Himalayan Institute's 500-hour teacher training along with numerous 200-hour teacher trainings, including those in the styles of Alignment-Based Vinyasa, Alignment-Based Hatha, and Anusara Yoga.
