20-Minute Lower Body Stretch

This short leg-stretching sequence (which you'll do entirely on your back) will help you find deep release in your inner and outer hips, hamstrings, and along the spine. The alignment principles provided will also help you to stay fully engaged as you stretch and discover more ease and openness in your body
