20 Minutes of Yin and Yang Yoga
Explore opposites! Join Ellen for a 20-minute class that mixes yang (active) and yin (passive) postures. Start active with a short warm-up and then move into strengthening work in side angle pose before practicing passive floor postures, which feature side-bending and hip-opening work.
