30-Minute Restorative Yoga for Calming the Mind

Relax with this 30-minute restorative practice for calming the mind. Begin the practice with supported supta baddha konasana (reclined bound angle pose), settle into supported spinal twists, and enjoy an extended savasana (final relaxation) for achieving the "rest and digest" mindset.

Props used: 2 blankets, 1 bolster, 2 blocks
