Let your awareness settle deep in the body with this practice. You'll rest your attention at 31 specific points, starting at the center of the head, continuing to points in the arms, and ending at the center of the chest. This practice trains the mind to rest in the body and prepares you for the 61 Points relaxation and deeper practices. It is so relaxing that you may fall asleep in the middle of the practice the first few times you do it. If this happens, do not continue. Simply try the practice again the next day.
