45-Minute Complete Yoga Practice

Good news for busy yogis! Here’s a daily asana, relaxation, pranayama, and meditation practice that you can complete in just 45 minutes! This efficient but effective practice starts with gentle warm-ups and moves on to asana, relaxation, anuloma and viloma pranayama, and mantra meditation. Shari gives special focus to creating a bridge between heart and mind.
