Liberate your shoulders, find core stability, support your lower back, and open your hips with this all-levels practice that strikes the perfect balance between stretching and strengthening. This slower-paced (yet still challenging) class provides space for you to fully embody each pose, and the skillful alignment cues will help you target deep release.
