Class Description

Ellen leads a gentle, seated 30-minute yin style yoga practice. Begin by opening the inner and outer hips in shoelace pose; ease into deep shoulder stretches that encourage lengthening of the upper biceps and triceps. End the practice with a rejuvenating savasana and meditation. 

Props used: 2 blocks, 1 blanket
