Meditate on the heart to get in touch with the gratitude that always lives there. This is a great meditation to do when you are feeling unthankful or out of sorts. Start with gentle movements to become more aware of the shoulders, chest, and heart. Concentrate on the breath to go deeper, and finally settle, wait, and rest deep within the heart. Acknowledge all the aspects of your heart—compassion, love, and kindness—to nourish the seeds of gratitude within you and help them blossom.
