A Practice for Peak Pose Transitions: Sugarcane to Baby King Dancer

Learn how to transition from ardha chandra chapasana to baby dancer. To help you prepare, Dina offers plenty of backbending, balancing poses, and quad stretches. This sequence includes a dynamic fingertip cobra, half frog pose, half moon, warrior III, a floor prep variation of the peak transition, and more.
