A Practice for Peak Pose Transitions: Tiptoe Pose to Dragonfly

Join Dina for a class that builds up to a challenging arm balance transition: tiptoe pose to dragonfly. To move toward this transition, you'll practice asanas that strengthen your upper body and core, open your hips, build balance, and prepare you for deep twists.

Remember: Playing is an important part of the learning process. Enjoy!
