Ruby first discovered yoga while living in Canada. After leaving the financial industry, she began her journey exploring different areas of healing, achieving optimal health and greater well-being. As a graduate from Sutherland-Chan Teaching Clinic, and licensed massage therapist for over 10 years, yoga was a natural extension to these pursuits.
