This 25-minute all-levels practice focuses on two subtle energy channels that flow up the spine from the tailbone: ida and pingala. Begin by stimulating and awakening the root chakra with ashwini mudra; find direct access to these two channels with nadi shodhana (alternate nostril breathing). End the practice with a guided seated meditation.
