Acro Tutorial: Forward Flying with a Twist (Beginner)

September 15, 2016    BY Chris Loebsack & Brian Davis

Join Chris and Brian for a beginning AcroYoga tutorial on forward flying positions with a twist. After establishing a connection between the base's feet and flyer's hips, the base helps guide the flyer into a series of easy twists. The flyer reciprocates by supporting the base's ankles and swaying the base's hips.

No props needed.
