Acro Tutorial: Forward Flying with a Twist (Intermediate)

July 28, 2016    BY Chris Loebsack & Brian Davis

Chris and Brian demonstrate intermediate variations of the AcroYoga forward flying pose "twisted leaf." The base guides the flyer to find even deeper opening in the chest and lengthening along the sides of the waist. Then the flyer will learn how to encourage opening in the base's hip flexors with a soothing partner variation of happy baby.

No props needed.
