Acro Tutorial: High Flying Whale (Beginner Variation)

October 6, 2016    BY Chris Loebsack

Chris and Brian lead this four-minute beginning Acro tutorial on "high flying whale," including tips for a spotter on how to effectively guide both flyer and base. Base yogis: Support and encourage your flyers into an even deeper backbend!
