AcroYoga: Seated Partner Stretch Series
Grab a friend and enjoy this five-minute seated partner stretch sequence for warming up or cooling down after an Acro session, or even as a stand-alone practice! Establish a connection with your partner by beginning back to back, linking both of your breaths and movements by circling in the hips, upper back, and neck. Foster an openness in the chest and heart by joining at the hands and extending the arms upward, and end the practice with supported backbends.
