Advanced Vinyasa: Play Your Way into Dragonfly

This 50-minute advanced alignment-based vinyasa flow (full of hip-opening and arm-balancing postures) is a playful way to help you build up to dragonfly pose (and some fun variations, like "flying dragonfly" and "mating dragonfly!").
