Join Jean for this breath-focused, all-levels, ageless yoga class! This 60-minute practice will help you feel great in your body, and it can be useful for almost anyone—whether you're injured or have stiff joints, whether you've never done yoga before or you've practiced yoga plenty but want to learn a new approach. Enjoy the sweet, tension-relieving flow this sequence provides.
