Chair yoga is accessible for all levels and yoga backgrounds. Jamine leads you through a sequence focusing on spinal movement, core engagement, and hip stretches to increase overall joint mobility while using a chair for extra support.

Jamine Ackert is a yoga teacher in Ottawa, Canada. After studying Communications at McGill University in Montreal, she became a certified yoga instructor in 1993 while living at Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health in Lenox, Mass. She left Kripalu after three years to become Marketing Manager at Omega Institute in Rhinebeck, NY.
