Asana Alignment and Chakra Awareness: Anahata
Support anahata chakra (the heart center) by working with spinal alignment in three postures: bridge, downward facing dog, and standing forward bend. Anahata (meaning "unstruck") is associated with the air element and gives us a sense of purpose in life. This practice is the fourth part of the seven-part "Asana Alignment and Chakra Awareness" series.

Amy’s formal study of yoga began in 1995 with Iyengar Master, Gabriel Halpern, although she was self-taught since the age of 11.
