In this yoga class you’ll use a chair from start to finish. It’s suitable for beginners, or anyone who wants or needs a supportive practice.
You’ll begin with a grounding breathing practice, then move through a series of standing poses, where you’ll hold on to the chair with your hands for support. Class winds down with seated hip stretches and a short gratitude practice.
