The Bhagavad Gita does not mention asana specifically, but the lessons from the Gita can help our hatha practice immensely. This sequence shows how asana can be used for skillful action and surrender, bringing our hatha practice to new heights. Included are sun salutations, standing poses, seated postures, and 61-Point relaxation. Props: 1 blanket (optional), 1 block (optional).
