Breath-Connected Movement for Inner Focus

July 21, 2014    BY Judy Moulton

Allow this peaceful, breath-centered practice to guide you inward as you join breath to movement. Begin in crocodile pose to establish smooth, diaphragmatic breathing and then move on to standing and seated postures coordinated with the breath. Props: block, blanket, and optional meditation cushion.
