Allow this peaceful, breath-centered practice to guide you inward as you join breath to movement. Begin in crocodile pose to establish smooth, diaphragmatic breathing and then move on to standing and seated postures coordinated with the breath. Wind down with reclining postures, a breathing and relaxation practice in shavasana, and a short, seated, breath awareness technique. This is a great sequence to carry you toward meditation.
