Enjoy a little yogic R&R (restoration and relaxation!) with Amber. This class begins with a few gentle poses to warm up the body, then guides you into a slow, breath-focused sequence. Your body and mind will settle deeply and be supported completely with props (bolster, blocks, and blankets) and visualization techniques over the course of 45 minutes.
