Breath-Focused Restorative

Enjoy a little yogic R&R (restoration and relaxation!) with Amber. This class begins with a few gentle poses to warm up the body, then guides you into a slow, breath-focused sequence. Your body and mind will settle deeply and be supported completely with props (bolster, blocks, and blankets) and visualization techniques over the course of 45 minutes.

Amber Burke lives in Coyote, New Mexico, and teaches alignment-based and restorative yoga at Body in Santa Fe.
