Chair Yoga: Strength and Flexibility for the Hips and Lower Body
Join Bill for a chair yoga class that is both accessible and fun! Move through seated cat-cow, gentle hamstring stretches, supported (yet strengthening and challenging!) standing poses, and expansive backbends. Class concludes with a guided relaxation where you can release any additional tension, and leave your practice feeling restored and refreshed.

Bill began meditating in 1974 and added other aspects of yoga (asanas, pranayama, etc.) into his personal practice several years ago. After retiring from a teaching career in higher education in 2015, he moved to the Himalayan Institute where he works as a biofeedback therapist and teaches yoga.
