Megan received her RYT 200-Hour Teaching Certification from Lehigh Valley Yoga, an Ashtanga Yoga school in Allentown, PA. She is also certified to teach Stand-Up Paddleboard (SUP) Yoga and finds joy in playfully integrating yoga with other forms of exercise.
