The way to detoxify and pacify cool and heavy kapha dosha is to stimulate, warm, and energize it. This morning practice will bring energy and vitality to the body, warming the tissues and getting the joints moving, while also allowing pauses for rest. The practice begins with sun salutations and standing postures followed by seated postures and other floor work. Bandhas (locks) are gently woven into selected postures. The practice ends in shavasana as you bring awareness to your pranic energy.
