Join Stacey for this 40-minute all-levels slow flow inspired by the ether element. Enjoy gentle chest and hip opening in supta baddha konasana (reclined bound angle pose), cultivate length and strength in parsvakonasana (side angle pose), and find complete stillness and rest in a supported savasana. Embodying ether's airy, subtle qualities, find a deeper connection between body and breath, mind, and the world at large.
