A properly executed back bend practice can provide a connection to the happiness inherent in all of us.  Kat invites you to embrace back bends as "little embodiments of joy" while you move through this light hearted practice leading to Chamatkarasana (Wild Thing Pose).

She's been teaching yoga since 2005 and has completed the Himalayan Institute's 500-hour teacher training along with numerous 200-hour teacher trainings, including those in the styles of Alignment-Based Vinyasa, Alignment-Based Hatha, and Anusara Yoga.
