Wake up with this active practice for yogis over 50, where you’ll use a chair throughout to enhance the experience. You’ll begin with a quick warm-up before exploring a strengthening sequence called the Five Tibetan Rites, which is said to increase vitality and promote longevity. The latter half of class includes agni sara (essence of fire, which Beth says could be considered a sixth Tibetan Rite) and gentle wind-down practices.
