Episode 12 – Level 2 Vinyasa: Finding Strength and Ease in Moments of Challenge

March 17, 2017    BY Sarah Clark

Learn how to be present and find ease in moments of challenge with this alignment and breath-focused class. Begin with a seated centering exercise and a creative warm-up flow that features cat-cow, lizard, and gate pose. Then move with intention through powerful vinyasas which feature dynamic standing poses and deep hip openers.

This class includes options for adding extra intensity if you wish (such as knees to triceps, lunge pulses, and binds). Enjoy!
