Having good breath mechanics is essential for proper core function. In this class, you’ll explore your breath through core palpation and proprioceptive feedback, gain a better understanding of the strength and function of the diaphragm, and learn how incorporating a “three-dimensional” breath pattern can cultivate a more holistic form of core stabilization. 

Props: a weighted, malleable bag such as the Primal Vinyasa Apex™ (or a handkerchief filled with coins), 2 blocks, and a blanket
