Create and enjoy a peaceful field of prana at the center of your mind in this short, guided meditation. Seated in a comfortable posture, you’ll relax the body and then mentally follow the breath and its subtle aspect, prana, from the nostrils up to the center of the mind and back down. As you continue to unite your awareness with the flow of the breath and prana, you are creating a pranic field at the center of the mind. Finally, rest your awareness in this tranquil pranic field.
