Flow Into Better Balance
In this 45-minute sequence, you'll explore a grounding hatha flow that will lead you toward standing balance poses like revolved hand to foot pose, eagle, dancer, and more. You'll practice some of these standing balances on your mat, then you'll practice balancing poses while standing on a block. Mimi will also teach you how to transition between each balance pose seamlessly.
