Happy Hips: Yoga for 50+

According to ayurveda, vata* imbalance is more prevalent as we age, and it can especially affect our joints. (Sacroiliac joint pain or misalignments in the pelvis and hips are said to be related to excess vata.) 

In this 60-minute class designed for people over 50, you'll explore how simple leg-strengthening exercises that engage the glutes and the outer and inner thighs can help you find greater stability in the hips and pelvis.
