Healthy Back Class

The journey of yoga is remarkable. Honoring the natural curves of the spine in asana is a huge part of that journey. In this hour-long class you'll learn optimal alignment for overall back health. This practice features two models who represent different aspects of spinal imbalance that can be worked with in practice. Remember: The object of yoga is you! You are the explorer, and you are that which is being explored.
