Hip Opening Power Flow
Build heat, build strength, and open your hips while you're at it! In this 40-minute, intermediate-level power flow class, Kat will lead you through lower-body focused vinyasa flows (with a few chest and shoulder openers added for good measure!) designed to prepare you for peak pose, bird of paradise.

Kat Heagberg is the editor of Yoga International and has been teaching yoga since 2005.
