We often do yoga on flat surfaces, which doesn't prepare our feet for the wide variety of terrain we encounter in daily life.
In this class, you'll explore therapeutic techniques that simulate different (more varied) experiences for your feet, helping to make them stronger and more adaptable.
These exercises (while helpful for almost everyone) are especially useful for hikers, runners, and people who love to go barefoot!
Props: a couple of blocks, a staff (a Primal Vinyasa Danda™, or broomstick handle, or curtain rod), a washcloth, 2 blocks
