Prana, la energía que anima nuestro ser, entra a nuestro cuerpo a través de la respiración y se mueve a través miles de canales de energía llamados nadis. De todos estos canales hay tres que son claves para el buen funcionamiento de nuestro cuerpo y nuestra mente: Shushumna, Ida y Pingala. Con la práctica de Nadi Shodhana podemos purificar y balancear estos canales, asegurando así el óptimo funcionamiento de nuestros sistemas fisiológicos y una mayor claridad y estabilidad mental.
