Open up your side body so that you can breathe easy and join in this dynamic floor practice! This short but powerful class includes a seated wide-angle series incorporating kapalabhati (skull shining breath) and an energizing low-lunge series (which includes "lounge-asana"), and concludes with a dramatic compass pose!
