Let Go and Relax: 20-Minute Restorative Practice

This deeply relaxing 20-minute sequence focuses on releasing the muscles of the lower body to help you restore all over. Luke guides you through specific leg, hip, and lower back stretches that are supported with a bolster, block, and strap (but if you don't have those handy, Luke provides some creative "around the house" substitutes that you can use instead). Luke Ketterhagen earned a degree from Marquette University in Biomedical Sciences, and then immersed himself in the study of yoga. He is certified by the Himalayan Institute, and specializes in hatha, meditation, diet and nutrition.
