LoveYourBrain Yoga: Standing Series for People with Traumatic Brain Injuries
In this 50-minute all-levels sequence, Kyla will gently remind you to focus on your breath as you move through simple asanas. This practice is specifically designed for anyone who has suffered a concussion, or any other form of traumatic brain injury, but can serve as a soothing and enjoyable experience for all.

Kyla Pearce has practiced yoga for over a decade and has studied ashtanga, vinyasa, and vipassana meditation in the United States and India. As the Director of Program Design and Evaluation for the LoveYourBrain Foundation’s Yoga Program, she has led the development of a gentle yoga curriculum for the traumatic brain injury community, which is now being implemented across the country.
