Join Jamine and her daughter Remmy for this engaging sequence of partner poses, a few fun acroyoga techniques, and a sweet exercise in relaxation and loving kindness at the end. This class is most appropriate for mothers with daughters who are elementary school age or older, and Jamine offers plenty of modifications for kids of all sizes.

Jamine Ackert
Jamine Ackert is a yoga teacher in Ottawa, Canada. After studying Communications at McGill University in Montreal, she became a certified yoga instructor in 1993 while living at Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health in Lenox, Mass. She left Kripalu after three years to become Marketing Manager at Omega Institute in Rhinebeck, NY.
