Move Around Your Mat

Move all around your mat with this challenging yet fun 40-minute practice! Find hang time in floats and jumps, and practice one-legged balance poses and strength drills (such as chaturanga push-ups and goddess pose "tips"). If you're looking to fit a lot into a short window of time, this class is for you!
