Movement Meditation: The Art of Namaskar

In this 60-minute class, Shiva will guide you, progressively, through prostration practices that will awaken gratitude within and prepare you energetically for meditation. She will also teach you how to link movement with bijas (seed mantras), mantras which are said to contain the sun's radiance. Through this work, you will discover the spiritual roots, and the inner art, of sun salutations.
