Prenatal Practice for All Trimesters

Learn how to adapt your asana practice for each trimester with this soothing yet strengthening sequence. Dani will teach you how to modify poses (such as lizard pose, downward dog, warrior II, and more) and she'll address common pregnancy concerns like carpel tunnel and sleeplessness. Enjoy.

Vani (Dani’s given name) is the creator of Sattva Vinyasa and Sattva Therapy methods and teacher training programs. She has practiced yoga since 1995.
