Quick Core-Focused Yoga

Join Nikki for some serious core work as she guides you through three different types of abdominal strengthening:

  1. with spinal flexion and low belly engagement 
  2. with neutral spine, holding in place the spine's natural curves 
  3. with a little bit of twisting

This is great as either a short stand-alone practice, or as the core-strengthening component of a longer practice.
