Then you are ready to relax into the practice of yoga nidra (yoga sleep). As Mia explains, yoga nidra is almost like sleep, but you maintain the slightest thread of conscious awareness. She guides you through a yoga nidra practice that includes breath awareness, relaxation, and mentally experiencing opposites such as heat and cold.
